I am Mrs. Barbara Sandberg.  I graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a degree in Elementary Education.  This will be my tenth year of teaching 4th grade at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic School.  Throughout my thirty years of teaching, I have enjoyed working with young students.  I especially enjoy teaching math and reading, because those were such a struggle for me in grade school.

My husband Steve and I have lived in Long Prairie for close to 30 years.  We have two daughters and one grandchild.  We love to travel and visit new places.  When at home, I read books, solve Sudoku puzzles, work on photo albums, and enjoy cooking.
