Hello, my name is Julie Twardowski.  I graduated from St.Cloud St. University with a BS in Elementary Education in 1991.  I am the fifth grade teacher.  I also teach some sixth grade classes.  This is my 19th year teaching at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic School.  Working at St. Mary's has blessed me in so many ways.

My family and I live five miles NE of Long Prairie.  I have two teenage daughters who keep me very busy outside of school.  Elizabeth is in the eleventh grade and Allyssa is in the ninth grade.  My husband Chad owns an excavating company.  My hobbies include going on walks, shopping, attending my daughters' school and sporting events, and spending time with my family.
