The children molded volcanoes on Monday and eagerly awaited erupting them all week long while they hardened!
After erupting volcanoes, the children made their own volcano snacks!
The children really seemed to enjoy their volcanoes!
It was hard to get them all to wait for pictures before tasting!
They were very proud!
They saw others starting to get ready eat and were distracted for their picture.

My name is Mrs. Joni Young. I grew up and graduated from Long Prairie/Grey Eagle High School. I then went on to graduate from Northwestern College in Roseville, Minnesota, in May, 2007.I have a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, a Major in Bible, and a Minor in Preprimary Education. After graduation, I got married and moved back to Long Prairie. Since then, I have been teaching preschool at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel School. This is my 4th year teaching at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic School.
I have twin daughters who will be 2 and a son that is due in March. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my daughters, and friends, and I also enjoy being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and crocheting blankets.
