What an exciting week we once again have planned for Catholic Schools’ Week. Catholic
Schools’ Week will begin on Sunday, January 29, 2012, and will continue through Saturday,
February 4, 2012. The following is a list of activities for the week:
SUNDAY, January 29, 2012: PARISH APPRECIATION
MASS – WEAR T-SHIRTS
St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Family Mass – 10:30 A.M.
(ALL FAMILIES AND PARISHIONERS INVITED AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND)
Brunch 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.
Menu: Scrambled eggs, pork links, hash browns, homemade cinnamon rolls, coffee, and milk.
Scholastic Book Fair 9:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.
MONDAY, January 30, 2012: STAFF APPRECIATION
Dress Day: P.J. Day (Reading Day)
This is a day to say thank you to all our teachers and staff for all the hard work that they do to help your children grow in knowledge and holiness. Staff will not have recess duty. Lunch will be provided by St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Faith and Education Council.

TUESDAY, January 31, 2012: STUDENT APPRECIATION
Dress Day: Beach Day

Dress Day: Dress-up Day
This is a day to thank all our volunteers for all their hard work, support, and generosity. Without them, our school would not run so smoothly.

THURSDAY, February 2, 2012 BUSINESS/PROFESSIONAL APPRECIATION

This is a day to thank the businesses/professionals who support our community and school.

School Dance 2:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.
FRIDAY, February 3, 2012 FAMILY APPRECIATION
Dress Day: St. Mary’s T-shirt Day
First Friday Mass 8:15 A.M.
Family Bingo in Church Hall 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M.
(Bingo for St. Mary’s School and home school families.)
